Oladimeji Oluwatoyin Adedayo is an astute entrepreneur..He is the founder of August Estates Limited, a home grown firm of real estate development and services, which is responsible for provision and delivery of houses projects to its clients.

As an accomplished builder with strategic and tactical initiatives, Oladimeji brings to the executive management of August Estates over 2 decades of experience in property development with exposure to building construction, Surveying, Advisory and Title documentation.

Before founding August Estates Limited, he has served with Lagos State Lands Bureau, Land Use and Allocation Committee {LUAC} where he gathered experience in land matters, especially in land allocation, title processing and documentation such as Certificate of Occupancy, Governors Consent, Land Ratification and Regularisation.

Among his many accomplishments, he is the Chief Executive officer of Crossway Montessori School, a School he co-founded with his wife. He also sits as the Chief Executive officer on the board of August Consumers Products, Seasons Paint and Chemicals, August Furniture and Interior and The Lord Builders Limited.

Oladimeji holds a degree in Building Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Relation and Personnel Management and MBA from the prestigious Lagos State University.

Oladimeji is happily married with lovely children.
